The Role
Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager for our Complex Care Division in Kent. Operating specialist services delivering over 650,000 hours of care annually, the Nurse Manager will work alongside a team of professionals. As a Nurse Manager, you’ll manage a caseload of complex care clients, building strong relationships with them and their families, overseeing their care plans, liaising with commissioners and case managers, supporting the induction of new staff. The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of Healthcare Support Workers and Registered nurses.

About You
* You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN.
* A minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.
* Experience in providing community-based care ideally complex care and be experienced in PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
* Have a proven background in complex care and up to date competencies
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
* Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
* Be part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
* Lead packages of care and supporting the Care & Nursing team
* Location: We’re recruiting across several locations within Kent, covering a specific area of the region (East Kent/West Kent, Mid Kent & Coastal)
* You will be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the service and clients, committed and driven to act in the clients best interest
