Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for procurement and logistics support, working closely with the site management team. Coordinate with the onsite team, internal procurement department, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including data input and document control. Produce reports and project documentation using MS Office packages. Oversee the management of site logistics, including delivery schedules. Ensure all project documents, contracts, and records are up-to-date and stored securely. Provide administrative support for site meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes. Monitor compliance with site safety and operational procedures, collaborating with health and safety teams. Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrator in the construction industry is essential. Valid CSCS card (mandatory). Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
