Salary on appointment will be £26,130 per annum with an annual increment up to £26,638 per annum.
Key Duties:
1. Leading and supervising a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception.
2. Making bookings, selling activities, memberships, and responding to customer enquiries across the full week on a rota basis.
Minimum Requirements:
You will have GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above in English and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or an equivalent level of qualification) and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a busy customer-facing environment.
This full-time post is available from 23 December 2024 on an indefinite basis.
