SUPPORT PRACTITIONER WITH OUR MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICE.
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Support Practitioner on our Mental Health Crisis Intervention Team. This is a 24-hour service based at Miranda House in Hull, working alongside Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust Mental Health Practitioners. The role consists of 12-hour shifts on an agreed rota which is set in advance; these will be night shifts.
Salary: £15,736.13 per annum (24 hours per week).
The main purpose of the role is:
To provide support alongside Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust Approved Mental Health Practitioners for people either presenting in a Mental Health Crisis or brought to Miranda House either formally under the Mental Health Act or informally
Provision of support for people brought to Miranda House, Beyond Place of Safety and Place of safety environments
To ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care and improved experience during their period of mental health crisis
Provision of support to the wider Humber Teaching Foundation Trust Crisis and Intervention team throughout triage, liaison and customer assessment processes
