An exciting opportunity awaits for a Certified Veterinary Surgeon to join a bustling hospital in Wokingham, ideally suited for an Advanced Practitioner but this is not essential.
With a high surgical caseload encompassing both orthopaedics and soft tissue procedures, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys a varied and dynamic workday. The hospital is well-equipped with the latest technology, including a brand-new CT scanner, and is open to acquiring additional equipment to meet the team's needs.
This position offers the unique advantage of an in-house out-of-hours service, supported by a dedicated emergency team, ensuring that patients never need to be transferred for post-operative care. The ideal candidate will be a Small Animal Vet with an existing surgical certificate, confident in performing simple orthopaedic surgeries, and excited about handling a mixed caseload.
Joining this vibrant surgical team, the successful applicant will collaborate with a second part-time surgeon, fostering a supportive atmosphere where they can further develop their skills and expertise.
