You will be responsible for: Ensuring the smooth running of and line management of dedicated services improving quality through practice, by mentoring and coaching managers and teams to achieve their best Delivery, monitoring and review of services in line with statutory and contractual requirements, ensuring all actions are met in a timely manner Producing regular reports for the Area Manager and external parties in line with service delivery and Key Performance Indicators Coordination of new referrals, assessments and offer placements Health and Safety and Risk management Managing conflict and resolving any complaints or concerns Based in Glamorgan House, Neath.
