About the role An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Passenger Services Duty Manager to join our well-established Passenger Services Department on a fixed-term basis until August 2026. The successful applicant will be effectively leading, motivating and developing the department, so as to ensure the effective delivery of all aspects of the department's operation, in line with the variable needs of the business and its customers and business partners. Please note that a full driving licence is required as there will be a requirement to drive and operate large vehicles on occasion. Duties are not limited to but will include; Leading, developing and motivating the Passenger Services department. Ensuring that all systems and procedures introduced by the company are effectively implemented and adhered to. Identifying individual training and development needs. Reporting to the Passenger Services Operations Manager and the wider terminal operations management team on the management of departmental services and the use of the airports baggage halls and baggage belt system by third parties. Overseeing the running of the Passenger Services Control Hub, ensuring that all requests for services are dealt with by the team in a prompt, efficient and customer focused manner. Ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are kept clean and tidy and that in so far as is possible, that they remain operational available for safe customer use. Working collaboratively with other NIAL departments and business partners as appropriate, in order to deliver a seamless customer experience. Ensuring that appropriate health and safety arrangements are adopted that fulfil the requirements of departmental and corporate Safety Management Systems.
