As a successful Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of our established and expanding Engineering division, covering roles within Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering and Surveying, as well as more generalist Maintenance and Site roles up to management level.
Our Recruitment Consultants are not processing staff; they are empowered to take ownership of their division and strive to live our mission to exceed expectations every time. You will drive your desk to success by observing competitors, developing business, chasing leads, talent finding, interviewing, and skills matching. With no two days being the same.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site meetings with clients to sell our services and ensure quality
* Manage the negotiation of job offers and recruitment fees
* Expand our presence with job seekers and businesses in the STEM sector
* Record new vacancies accurately and in line with Employment Agencies legislation
Qualifications & Experience
* Stable work history essential, with considerable office-based work experience
* Previous STEM sector experience highly advantageous (technology, building merchants, trade counters, tool hire, logistics, engineering, manufacturing)
* Considerable B2B customer service experience desirable
* Genuine desire to work hard to achieve great results, occasionally requiring longer working hours
* Money motivated and hungry for success with a desire to build the business and personal brand
* GCSE grades B or higher in Maths and English are essential

Salary: Up to c£24,000 – £27,000 Per Annum DOE
