We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates who are interested in working with children and would like to gain valuable experience in classroom settings. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the education and development of students in a school environment. Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students in their learning • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support • Help with administrative tasks, resource preparation, and other classroom duties • Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs (ALN) • Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons Qualifications and Experience: • A bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (recent graduates are welcome to apply) • Some experience of working with children or young adults (e.g., volunteering, tutoring, mentoring) preferred but not essential • Passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are looking to kickstart their career in education and gain hands-on experience in a school setting.
