The Role:
Resource candidates utilising social media platforms, current database, and candidate referrals.
Create job advertisements, pre-screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and prepare shortlists.
Proactively source suitable candidates on CV portals and social media platforms.
Prepare and manage all contractor documentation.
Liaise extensively with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
Provide quality end-to-end 180 Candidate recruitment services.
Candidate Management.
What we are looking for:
Recruitment industry experience in a similar role, ideally within the Manufacturing / Engineering sectors.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
Ability to work within a team or independently.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, and time management skills.
