A part-time Band 5 community nurse post has become available with the Usk and Raglan District Nurse Integrated Team. The team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional, and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously.
The role will include a variety of nursing care in the patient's home and seeing patients in the on-site clinic room for IV infusion/catheters/wounds. The service is integrated and works with the CRT rapid medical team.
Applicants must have good time management skills and be able to organise their daily workload.
Main duties of the job
Applications are invited from motivated individuals with a flexible approach to work who are committed to providing high standards of nursing care to people within their own homes and the local community.
An induction programme will be devised to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills and confidence to work autonomously and/or as part of a forward-thinking dynamic team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
