As a Collections Advisor, you will:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients who have taken out finance for projects.
* Keep updated on project progress to pre-empt repayment issues.
* Review pending litigation and receivership cases to ensure repayment dates are met.
* Ensure accounts are managed to exit in a timely manner, guaranteeing loans are repaid.
* Deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey to ensure repeat business.
