We are working with a renowned company specialising in social housing refurbishments, dedicated to improving lives by creating quality living environments. With new projects on the horizon, they are seeking a Site Manager for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
2. Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
3. Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on-site.
4. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any challenges that arise.
5. Ensure all work complies with regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Solid experience in social housing refurbishment is essential.
2. Valid SMSTS certification.
3. CSCS Card.
4. First Aid certification.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
