We are hiring a Inside Sales – Team Leader, You will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy for Inside Sales across the Middle East, based from Jebel Ali, UAE.

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible to comprehensively plan, manage & drive all sales activity within the region, In order to grow the business within geographies & boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, & profitability (EBITDA). You will achieve this through building & developing a high-performing Inside Sales team.
What you’ll do:
6. Proactively lead and manage the team to create a high-performing sales culture
7. Work closely with Marketing to develop a highly competitive sales strategy
8. Create & maintain sales plans for the Team..
9. Lead and manage the performance of the team to contribute to the EBITDA target, by ensuring all objectives (KPIs) are met, including Fuel, Freight, & Rehire charges
10. Monitor and manage team members’ sales activity and KPIs
11. Manage to the organization’s CRM (Salesforce standards).
12. Manage the overall Team opportunity pipeline in the CRM system for forecasting and fleet management purposes, and hold regular opportunity pipeline reviews
13. Contribute and add value as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team
14. Manage to the standard of the Aggreko “Non-Negotiables” and “Sales Leadership Blueprint” – with a significant focus on coaching and developing
15. Manages the internal relationships between inside sales and the external sector teams
16. Effectively manage performance, and address any performance concerns
17. Set & manage weekly / monthly KPIs that are challenging, yet achievable
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
18. Degree qualification preferred or relevant experience
19. Experienced leading and managing a sales team (of 3 or more people), with a proven track record in achieving team targets (team size anticipated to grow in future)
20. A proven track record of developing and coaching sales teams in a challenging environment, ideally in the power generation and/or temperature control rental industry
21. Financially and commercially savvy & Customer focused, and results driven
22. High working standards and quality orientation
23. Strong ability to plan, organize and prioritize own workload as well as that of others
24. Technically minded - able to understand and learn about a wide range of products and applications
25. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills - communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external)
26. Excellent leadership and management skills, a track record of motivating, inspiring and supporting individuals and teams to be their best and grow
27. Experience of working effectively in a call centre environment, driving quality and proactive sales activity, whilst maintain a high level of motivation and engagement of the inside sales team
