What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and courteous Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Department at De Aston School.
The role will primarily involve being part of a team that supports learners with Special Educational Needs within the classroom and taking responsibility for some specified tasks. The role will involve working with the whole ability range of students across all three Key Stages across the full range of the curriculum.
The successful candidate will have:
• At least five GCSE grade C/4, or above, including English and mathematics.
• At least two years recent relevant experience.
• Good organisational, ICT and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm and be hardworking.
