We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM team based on site in Essex.
Location: On site - Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenance tasks across the site.
Your day to day will include:
* Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors
* Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works
* Ensure 5 SHEW Basics are actioned & followed
* Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area
* Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment
* Ensure that the asset base is accurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable format for the required CAFM system.

* You have a background in Commercial Maintenance
* You have an understanding of industry standard contracts
