Job Overview:
We are hiring an administrative support professional to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic administrative experience to support a busy team and help ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Printing Batch Cards: Ensure all batch cards are printed accurately and promptly to support production and operational needs.
General Data Entry: Input and update data into relevant systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
Document Management: Ensure proper organization of documents, ensuring they are stored and filed correctly for easy retrieval.
Team Assistance: Provide support to the wider team by taking on various administrative duties as needed, helping with daily operations and tasks.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with any other administrative duties as required, based on the evolving needs of the team.
Skills and Requirements:
Basic administrative skills (no high-level expertise required)
Must be proactive and able to work independently - this role requires someone who can manage tasks without constant supervision or guidance
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Comfortable using office software and systems for data entry and document management
