Overview:
The ExecutiveAssistant plays a crucial role in providing highleveladministrative support to CEO and ensuring the smooth operation ofthe office. The Executive Assistant acts as theprimary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersrequiring exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage executivescalendars and schedule meetings
* Coordinatetravel arrangements and prepareitineraries
* Screen and direct phone calls andemails
* Prepare and distribute correspondencememos and reports
* Conduct research and compiledata for presentations or reports
* Attendmeetings to take minutes and follow up on actionitems
* Collaborate with other staff and handlecommunication on behalf of executives
* Assist inthe preparation of financial reports andbudgets
* Manage office supplies andequipment
* Assist in organizing events andcompany functions
* Handle sensitive informationwith confidentiality
* Act as the point ofcontact between executives and internal/externalclients
* Prioritize and manage multiple projectssimultaneously
* Provide administrative supportas needed

RequiredQualifications:
* Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field
* Provenexperience as an executive assistant or similar administrativerole
* Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite
