Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment to produce bulk products (creams, liquids & ointments) in alignment with local procedures.
2. Ensure that expected quality standards and deadlines are met while maintaining high levels of Health & Safety.
3. Set and maintain a high standard of work, communication, and consideration for fellow workers across shifts.
4. Provide support to the Senior Process Worker daily to meet production targets efficiently and timely.
5. Coach and advise other Process Workers to improve efficiency and standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), safety, and quality.
6. Contribute to the efficient production of Finished Licensed and Special products in accordance with written procedures and cGMP.
7. Accurately record tasks and events on work orders and associated in-process documentation in real time.
8. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the manufacturing department as per cGMP and company standards.
9. Perform ancillary tasks associated with the manufacturing department, including cleaning, disinfection, tanker offloading, equipment calibration, maintenance, and warehouse activities.
10. Assist with training other Process Workers to develop their skills for competency in allocated tasks.
11. Ensure safe operations within all areas of work, reporting any unsafe activities to line management.
12. Ensure compliance with cGMP in all work areas, reporting poor practices to line management.
13. Maintain personal fitness to perform processing activities.
14. Adhere to personal hygiene standards that comply with cGMP and company requirements.
15. Responsible for the accurate maintenance and timely completion of personal documentation such as labor records and training files.
16. Support continuous improvement projects across the company positively and constructively.
17. Perform any other ancillary tasks allocated by line management.
