* Fulfill administrative duties for third-party contractors, ensuring their activities align with equipment support protocols and managing day-to-day operations.
* Maintain computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) records by updating and closing work orders to meet contractual requirements.
* Collaborate with contractors to uphold compliance standards for work order closures and adhere to contractual targets.
* Upon arrival, serve as the primary point of contact for third-party contractors, guiding them through company-approved procedures.
* Coordinate environmental health and safety (EHS) and good manufacturing practices (GXP) inductions for third-party personnel before they begin work.
* Utilize specialized tools to ensure proper adherence to site-specific engineer inductions.
* Verify that risk assessments, method statements, and permits are in place for all contractors working on-site, requiring cooperation from various departments.
* Supply necessary documents to contractors for completing tasks sourced from the CMMS database.
* Promote calibration label procedures, following established processes for identified equipment.
* Conduct security clearance checks on visiting contractors according to site regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of compliant documents such as engineering service reports, adhering to GxP and GDP best practices.

* A solid understanding of customer care principles.
* Desirable background in life sciences and G.xP regulations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
