Our Northampton branch are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team This is a part time vacancy working 8.45am - 5pm two days a week (either flexible or fixed days) plus every other Saturday 8.45am - 12.30pm. The role involves helping people by having lots of different conversations with our diverse range of customers, supporting them through our range of products and resolving any queries they may have. Building relationships with them and understanding what services suit their needs will be important. Being a team player is really important as well as being a role model to the team. The role also includes taking responsibility by finding resolutions, and sometimes dealing with more sensitive or challenging situations. It's also important to keep up to date with our policies and procedures so that knowledge can be shared with others. Supporting all our customers in different ways by taking telephone calls when required and dealing with administration enquiries are also parts of the role.
