Responsibilities of the role: Extensive inbox and diary management to allocated GBL Head and their Senior Managers Coordinating with other EAs internally, externally and worldwide, to understand management whereabouts and to always provide seamless cover Organising meetings including documentation preparation and invitations Arranging and attending weekly management meeting: agenda and distribution via email/SharePoint Managing and filtering all incoming calls Coordinating conference calls (internal and external) and appropriate meeting room bookings in accordance with internal systems Managing travel bookings including travel itineraries and visa requirements by following the bank policies and procedure Organising in coordination with the Marketing and Event Team seminars, conferences, gathering for your managers.
