Location: London, UK (Seasonal Full-Time, Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £25,500 p.a.

What You’ll Be Doing
If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this role is perfect for you! As a European Guest Services Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests’ journeys are seamless and memorable. You’ll assist with pre-travel queries and provide support to guests arriving in London and across Europe. It’s a dynamic role combining exceptional customer service with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone and email inquiries from guests, suppliers, and regional/overseas offices.
* Prepare and communicate Travel Director information.
* Engage with Travel Directors via phone, email, Teams, and in person.
* Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams in Operations and On Road departments.
* Utilize in-house systems to complete tasks efficiently.
* Check and action daily reports.
* Liaise with London hotels on arrival and departure procedures.
* Support Travel Directors with queries and resolve issues proactively.
* Sell sightseeing options to guests to enhance their London experience.
* Perform general administrative duties.
Your Schedule
* Seasonal Contract Period: 03 March to the end of October.
* Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off (includes weekends and bank holidays).
* Hours: 7.5-hour shifts between 05:00 and 20:00.
* Flexibility: Hybrid working available after successful completion of the probation period.
About You
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry is a plus but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to in-house systems..
