The role
This is an exciting opportunity working for a national specialist provider. You will be an energetic and enthusiastic, detail-orientated person, with work experience and interests which can demonstrate these attributes. Ideally that work experience will have been in the NHS but other backgrounds will be considered.
You will be supported to further develop your skills, knowledge and experience using a mixture of mentoring, support from colleagues, access to webinars, online and other training opportunities, and expected to keep up to date with relevant NHS and local authority developments.
You will work with a wide range of service and clinical leads, data and analytics, finance and other enabling functions across the Charity to ensure that contracts performance reporting and fees requirements can be delivered as efficiently as possible, make best use of our clinical information/patient administration system, and are integrated with internal performance review processes.
There is also the opportunity to get involved more widely in the work of the commercial directorate, for example, marketing, service development and bids and tenders.
About you
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person who can reliably manage the delivery of diverse tasks, both analytical and administrative.
You will have an excellent eye for detail, be able to work with colleagues to produce high quality information and explanatory narrative meeting contract deadlines. Working in a fast-paced environment you will bring a passion for mental healthcare and a commitment to our mission of transforming lives.
Our patients, their carers and your colleagues will expect you to lead and live the St Andrew’s CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence every single day.
