Restructuring Lawyer - 1-2 years PQE Location: Birmingham Brief We are currently looking to recruit a 1-2 years PQE Lawyer into our Restructuring team in Birmingham to support the restructuring partner, with opportunities to also work closely with and support the national restructuring teams. The team Pinsent Masons offers its clients 'truly excellent levels of service' on matters ranging from formal insolvency to regulatory and restructuring assistance. Its lawyers are also experienced in contentious and non-contentious settings, with specialisms in the retail, energy, automotive, aerospace and charity spaces. Amy Flavell leads the Birmingham restructuring practice consisting of 3 specialist restructuring lawyers alongside Amy. The practice works closely with the finance and ABL practices. Carl Scott is a noted practice member working on real estate restructuring matters for lenders, distressed companies and insolvency practitioners.
