We are looking for an EPR Programme Recruitment Officer to work within the healthcare sector.
Location: Hybrid working - Norwich
About the role: You will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager, including supervision of staff dealing with the recruitment processes on behalf of the Divisions/Departments.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Recruitment Officer background, with the following skills/experience:
1. Broad experience working within the NHS.
2. Understanding and experience of recruitment processes.
3. Experience of staff supervision.
4. NVQ Level 3/ECDL/CLAIT or equivalent experience.
5. Knowledge of EPR systems (Desirable).
