This position is to assist the Office Sales Manager with tasks on-site and sits at the heart of our growing global organisation and is a critical role where you will have an opportunity to shine and deliver world-class customer service. The salary is based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, including a 1 hour paid break.
We will expect you to give our clients and their guests a warm and friendly welcome, every day.
Manage a range of on-site tasks to help our busy workspace run smoothly and happily, these will include:
* Tours of spaces available
* Basic administration and IT tasks
* Set up meeting rooms for guest arrival
* Identifying and upselling products to existing clients
* Above all, help your customers and colleagues have a great day at work.
