Consistently meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Maintain accurate CRM data to enhance prospect engagement. Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline. Build strong relationships with team members and clients, both over the phone and in person. Requirements: Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation is ideal. Exceptional communication skills in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an advantage. Proficient in active listening to assess prospect needs effectively. Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills. Adept at using social skills to build relationships. Demonstrated potential for future leadership. Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to progress in a sales career with a fast-growing company.
