The Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Salford and be focused on a large rail client account. Your role would be to manage and nurture the client relationship, hands on recruit for a large volume of exclude permanent roles, build a healthy talent pool for future roles and provide regular reports to the client on the hiring progress. These roles will vary across all areas of engineering for example Project Engineers, QS Engineers to Commercial Managers. You will need to be very visual to the client and be based from their site a day a week which is in Manchester City Centre.
Key requirements:
You will need experience of recruiting permanent roles within the engineering sector.
Recruiting technical roles within rail would be ideal but not essential if you have the engineering recruitment experience.
Ideally have experience of being client facing.
He willing to travel to the client site a day a week or more if required.
Have great organisational skills and prioritisation skills.
Demonstrate that you have strong sourcing skills.
Have a strategic mindset to ensure that the candidate pipeline is strong to meet the clients needs.
