We’re looking for Workforce Management Planners to coordinate the operational capacity planning and scheduling processes for a number of our Home Delivery sites. You’ll be critical to the success of the Home Delivery network, ensuring there are sufficient numbers of resources and vehicles available to process circa. 4 million customer orders every year and achieve our customer metrics. Role overview: As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: Liaising with our Home Delivery sites on all planning processes to ensure a collaborative approach Using the WFM solution to produce optimized staffing schedules and predicted performance packs for all aspects of customer delivery Continually reviewing the processes of forecasting, scheduling and shift production, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Monitoring and managing Home Delivery demand across all skills to ensure that the customer offer is maximised Working closely with the National Routing Centre and reporting functions to ensure all learnings are understood, evaluated and fed back You will need: Experience of performing a similar role, ideally with demonstrable resource planning experience Experience of business partnering with operational stakeholders and different business areas Extensive knowledge and skill with MS Excel is essential Ideally degree qualified or strong resource planning experience We know our people are the secret to our success.
