Main duties for the Employee Relations Team will include note taking at formal meetings, typing, responding to telephone enquiries, use of equipment such as photocopiers, the maintenance of the Employee Relations information systems held in the department and providing reports on a regular basis for performance monitoring purposes. This is an autonomous post requiring the post holder to provide full administrative support to maintain and develop existing systems and processes. This post requires the ability to work on own initiative, dealing with all aspects of the department in a professional and highly confidential manner.
