They are looking for a full-time Administrator, to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and partners, supporting a diverse team with essential administrative tasks and providing friendly, professional interactions. While prior administrative experience is beneficial, we’re primarily looking for someone with the right personality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage communications between the team, clients, and external partners, ensuring a professional and friendly interface.
Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and legal proceedings.
Maintain and organise important documents and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with general office duties, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.
