The role of Deputy CEO has been created to reflect the critical importance of sustaining strength across our academies and traded services offer, at the same time as expanding our reach. As well as being an important member of the Trust Leadership Team, deputising for the Chief Executive Officer, the role requires someone who can utilise their meticulous management skills to innovate further. You will be a highly credible school leader, with a supportive and candid approach to working with our leadership teams, delivering alongside and being highly visible to them. It is essential that you are aligned with our commitment to alternative provision, up to date with educational research and current policy: you will need to demonstrate an excellent awareness of exceptional teaching.
