Early Years Teaching Assistant, Canterbury

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for early years students.
* Assist in the planning and organisation of activities that promote learning through play.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, ensuring they develop key skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Help to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
* Monitor and track children's progress, sharing observations with the teacher.
* Assist with classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.
