Clinical Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Lead, mentor, and inspire staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development. Develop and regularly review personalised care plans. Administer medications and maintain accurate records. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Address incidents and complaints promptly to maintain high standards of care. Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements: MUST have a Level 5 in leadership and management or RMA equivalent Minimum 3 years of senior experience in a nursing home setting (essential). Familiarity with LA uplifts, CHC funding, and palliative care funding (desirable).
