Job purpose:
Tatton Group has an exciting role for a Finance Assistant with experience in Management Accounts. Your main role will be to maintain the accounting records to a high standard and assist with the financial record keeping and recharging for a number of entities within the group.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Ensure all routine accounts matters are dealt with efficiently and on a timely basis, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments, generating sales invoices, recording credit card transactions, and dealing with recharges.
* Ensuring bank accounts are reconciled regularly.
* Maintaining Sales and Purchase Ledgers.
* Maintaining time sheets and payrolls.
* Dealing with ad hoc queries, reports, and reconciliations.
* Assisting with VAT returns.
* Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and budgets.
Requirements for the role:
* Strong Time Management and Organisational Skills.
* Excellent at building relationships.
* Must have Bookkeeping experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Must have strong computer/spreadsheets skills with knowledge of Xero or similar.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
