Location: Hybrid (Wolverhampton Sites & Remote Working) Job Summary: The Facilities Service Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Scheduling and Resources Manager with all site-related operations within the Wolverhampton service. This role requires close collaboration with the Clinical Lead and Healthcare Assistant (HCA) team to ensure smooth service delivery. The candidate must have a valid driving license and access to a car for regular travel between sites. Key Responsibilities: Site Operations & IT Support Assist with on-site IT troubleshooting and coordination. Liaise with relevant teams to resolve technical issues impacting service delivery. Stock & Resource Management Oversee and manage stock levels across sites. Ensure medical supplies, consumables, and equipment are well-stocked and available when needed. Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers where necessary. Clinic Scheduling & Coordination Support the Scheduling and Resources Manager in organizing clinic schedules. Ensure effective deployment of HCAs across various sites. Manage last-minute scheduling changes efficiently. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the HCA team and Clinical Lead to support service requirements. Act as a point of contact for site-related concerns, resolving issues promptly. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Requirements: Essential: Full UK driving license and access to a car for travel. Experience in site coordination, healthcare operations, or scheduling is advantageous. Strong IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to short-notice changes. Working Arrangement: Hybrid role - mix of remote working and on-site presence as required. Flexibility is required to be on-site at short notice when needed.
