OutThere RPO are supporting one of the leading homebuilders to recruit an Assistant Development Coordinator - Graduate to join their team.
Do you have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or those with at least one year of experience in a related field. While prior experience in development is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
What will I be doing as an Assistant Development Coordinator?
You will be assisting in reviewing and coordinating design and technical aspects for planning applications alongside the Design & Development Coordinators and Development Engineer.
* Consultant Liaison: Collaborate with consultants, including the collection and review of relevant plans and documents.
* Site Visits & Meetings: Attend site visits and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Administrative Support: Support departmental administration tasks, including:
o Writing meeting minutes
o Printing plans and documents
o Maintaining the materials sample library
o Assisting in preparing schedules and programmes
o Reporting progress/updates internally
o Keeping internal filing systems updated to ensure planning records are current
o Raising payment requests and purchase orders
o Driving licence and own transport (or an intention to drive within 1 year) as will be required to travel to sites within Hampshire
Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not essential
* Minimum of one year’s experience in an associated field is desirable but not essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Detail-oriented with an awareness of deadlines
