We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Senior Nursing Assistant to join our expanding team!
Wytham ward is a brand new elective surgical department based at the Churchill Hospital, covering three clinical specialties: Colorectal, Breast, and Gynae-Oncology.
As a senior nursing assistant, you will lead the nursing support team, train new starters and apprentices, support colleagues, and drive forward change and maintenance of ward standards.
Main duties of the job
Your duties will include caring for medical and surgical patients, helping them with their daily personal care needs, manual handling, and monitoring their clinical condition, working closely with our registered nurses.
