What you'll be doing: As a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst you will work collaboratively with the business to drive continuous improvement through automation, process re-engineering and small change initiatives. Automation background extremely desirable. The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and perform a range of activities which will help ensure the opportunities identified are validated and fit for purpose prior to implementing process automation and operational change. Ability to drive and support with the delivery of a continuous improvement culture working in an efficient and effective way.
