Role Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of commercial property matters, including:

* Managing commercial transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and Scottish aspects of cross-border deals.
* Advising a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on real estate financial transactions and leasing.
* Taking direct responsibility for managing existing client relationships, supported by the Division's experienced Partners.
* Working closely with two highly regarded Partners in the Scottish Real Estate sector, you will lead client relationships from initiation to completion.
