The Job:
As Assistant General Manager, youll work side-by-side with the GM to lead a dynamic team, deliver standout service, and keep operations smooth from soundcheck to last orders. You'll be at the heart of the action, making sure every night runs like a well-tuned guitar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day operations of a high-energy, late-night venue
* Lead, motivate and train a large FOH team
* Maintain excellent customer experience in a lively, music-led environment
* Oversee stock control, rota management, and compliance
* Be a strong presence on the floor especially during late shifts and events
* Assist in planning and executing weekly events and live shows
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar AGM or senior FOH role, preferably in a late-night or live music venue
* Natural leader who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a full house
* Strong understanding of licensing, health & safety, and late-night operations
* A people person with a passion for hospitality, great music, and creating memorable experiences
