Lettings Negotiator
OTE - £30,000, Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
At Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as a Lettings Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team in Chippenham.

Key responsibilities of a Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.
This role is for an ambitious person who is looking for a career, ideally has existing sales or face to face customer services experience and/or first full time job from college/University. Full training will be given, must have UK Driving license and own car.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Negotiator
7. Preferably an experienced sales person
8. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
9. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
10. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
13. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
