Senior Account Manager – Display Graphics
A display graphics company at the forefront of the industry is expanding its team of industry leading experts. They are looking for a senior account management professional with the experience and skills necessary to help clients achieve their commercial goals. You will work with key clients and be right by their side every step of the way, from initial concept to finished printed products.
The candidate we seek will stand out with their creative ideas and world-class customer service and will be someone who consistently delivers best-in-class service, making our client the go-to supplier in their sector.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts from varying business sectors, overseeing ongoing projects with clients to a high standard, liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities through a commitment to customer service excellence.
* Ensure satisfaction is always achieved through proactive management and communication.
* Retain and develop clients through the provision of first-class services.
* Act as the first escalation point with the Client Support Team.
* Be the key voice of the company and uphold company values, ensuring reputational excellence within our industry.
* Manage and lead the account management of some of the business’ key clients and strategic accounts.
* Respond to all client requests for information in a timely manner and in line with the Client Support Team internal SLAs.
* Provide quotes to clients from existing price matrices.
