About the Role
As a Customer Success & Growth Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients successfully adopt and scale their sustainability initiatives. You’ll oversee the revenue onboarding process and drive ongoing growth by ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for our perspective and new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Support Sales team: Providing admin, organisation and CRM lead support to enable sales teams manage the sales process by producing proposals and contract documents.
* Drive Growth: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, helping them unlock the full potential of CarbonFIT’s platform and solutions and enhance their sustainability efforts.
* Coordinate Onboarding: Guide clients through the setup, training, and documentation processes, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed and meet their sustainability goals.
* Bridge Tech and Business: Collaborate with our tech and product teams to address personalization requests and convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
* Master the Details: Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., HubSpot), track customer milestones, and provide proactive support for operational inquiries and process improvements.

* Education/Experience: Recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in customer service, operations, or a related field.
* CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot) is an advantage.
