Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Processing customer orders and managing order fulfilment
* Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Contributing to the overall success of the Secretarial & Business Support department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
* Prior experience in an administrative position (ideally)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-centric approach and problem-solving ability
* Good organisational and time management skills
