Requirements
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Services Industry.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in CRM software.
4. Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
7. Reporting: Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.
Skills And Qualifications
1. Business Development: Proven experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
2. CRM Systems: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
3. Market Research: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred
1. Industry Experience: Experience in the IT Services Industry is a plus.
2. Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
