The key responsibilities of a Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
Managing correspondence and handling queries
Organising and scheduling meetings, including minute-taking
Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
Managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information flow within the departmentProfile
A successful Administrator should have:
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in a similar role in the Public Sector
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
