Maintain the sales ledger and purchase ledger. Oversee the full accounts payable cycle. Proficient in Xero, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs. Support annual report preparation, audit, and filing. Monitor budget actuals and update the budget as required. Handle documentation management. Communicate with external parties, including suppliers and clients, on relevant topics. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Skills and Competencies: Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Attention to Detail: Precision in managing financial records and preparing reports. Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial software (e.g., Xero, Sage) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
