We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer for our client based in Strabane.

Hours of work : Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the First Contact Team the person will work as part of a multifunctional administrative team which provides both back of office and front office support in a local Jobs and Benefit Office. As the first point of contact for UC claimants they will be responsible for assisting claimants who need to conduct their business face to face or via telephone.
The role is customer facing and deals with queries on the phone and at a public counter. Their duties will include claimant orientation, resolving queries, arranging appointments, undertaking interviews, assisting customers in the Digi Zone, where appropriate, input new data and change of circumstances updates. There are also post duties, phone queries, reception cover and other reasonable duties as required by line management.
Please note you will be required to attend mandatory training with no leave permitted during the training and consolidation period. Day one of the training course will be delivered face to face in Belfast on 13th November, with the remainder of the course to be delivered virtually.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English
* Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this we cannot take your application forward.
* Must complete an Access NI security clearance
